We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Returns

We do not accept returns on used or opened products, however, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will replace or issue a full refund within 14 working days.
